Mrs. Uzick is entering her fourth year as Principal and her eighth year at Segal. Over the years, she has served in many roles, from classroom teacher to Student Achievement Team Coordinator and founder of the Student Support Team. Before joining Segal, she taught in both HISD and Spring Branch ISD and participated in several leadership trainings and cohorts. Mrs. Uzick is passionate about building strong relationships and supporting every student’s growth—academically, socially, and emotionally. She is also a proud Segal parent of two boys and is married to a Segal alumnus, making her connection to the school both personal and professional. She looks forward to continuing to partner with families and staff to make Segal a place where every child thrives.
